The Holy Magdalena Cupcake Express
We decided to go the food truck route to keep expenses low and not have to cover the overhead of a storefront. The mobile unit also allows us to move around the community and keep our visibility high.
I found our food truck on Craig's List and spend a good 3 months renovating it. Since I was used to driving a bus, I had no problem with this clunker on wheels.
